The Attendance Suite provides users with tools to record, manage, and monitor student attendance across schools. Applications in this suite include, but are not limited to, Student Attendance, Class Attendance, Class Attendance Monitor, and a variety of supporting reports.
Users unsure where to begin can review the application descriptions below. Reports are listed alphabetically at the end of the list. Additionally, documentation can be accessed through the navigation pane on the left.
- Advisory Class Attendance
- Allows teachers to record attendance for students during advisory meetings, with options to post attendance back to the student’s scheduled class based on district preferences.
- Attendance Recovery
- Enables districts to calculate and report recovered attendance time, applying accrued minutes to student absences based on state rules and displaying results in attendance summaries and CDE reporting.
- CA District Attendance Report Generation
- Calculates line totals for the CA District Attendance CDE Form, identifies when caps are exceeded, allows adjustments, archives results, and supports printing of detail reports.
- CA Attendance Summary Calculation
- Examines student enrollment and attendance data and creates report detail records used to generate CA District Attendance reports.
- Class Attendance
- Allows teachers to record attendance.
- Class Attendance Monitor
- Provides an at-a-glance view of attendance status.
- Drop-In Attendance
- Allows teachers to add students to a roster on the fly and record attendance with entry and exit times, optional attendance codes, and notes.
- Drop-In Attendance Setup
- Allows the setup of the Drop-In Attendance application.
- Mass Attendance
- Enables users to record attendance for a specified date and period range for individual students or groups of students.
- Student Attendance
- Allows office clerks and authorized staff to record student attendance, with teachers limited to their scheduled classes.
- Time Tracker
- Enables the collection of student attendance time for a set of specified classes.
- Truancy Tracking
- Enables districts to produce customized letters and or/emails for students that meet a pattern of absences qualifying them as truant based on district-specific rules.

- Provides a sortable view of attendance recorded through the Drop-In Attendance application.

- Produces a sortable view of individual student attendance recorded through the Drop-In Attendance application.
