The Q Point-of-Sale Analysis allows users to create a Pivot Table report that shows Food Service Point-of-Sale counts during a given date range by a wide variety of possible filters. Based on the count configuration, users will see consumer meal service information in a spreadsheet including:
- Meal Counts, Dates, and Types
- Site, School and School Type, and Code
- Consumer Name, Type (Student, Staff or Patron), Grade and Status
- Pay Type (Eligibility), Drawer, and Bonus Meal information
- Basic demographic data such as Gender, Ethnicity, and Language

Point-of-Sale Analysis Report is located within Reports in the Food Service PoS menu in Q.
Report Options
The Report Options allow the user to organize the way the data will look on the Excel Pivot Table.
The example below overlays the Report Options onto Excel to see where they appear on the Pivot Table.
