The Q Application Sharing Survey Report allows users to create a report that shows the effective dates of the applicant responses to the survey questions present on Free/Reduced Food Service applications. Survey questions are district-defined in the Online Applications Setup.

Application Sharing Survey is located within Reports in the Food Service menu in Q.

The Report Options allow the user to filter for the data needed by configuring the dropdown menus and date ranges.
