The Staff Suite provides administrators and authorized users with tools to manage staff records, permissions, notifications, and system access across the district. These applications support secure role management, communication with faculty, and bulk updates to staff-related data to ensure accurate configuration and efficient administrative workflows. 

Staff Suite applications include the following: 

Notification Recipients 
Allows users to define recipients of system notifications using faculty groups and/or individual users. 
Permissions Editor 
Allows administrators to manage user roles and permissions, including field-level security and multi-role assignments. 
Staff Manager 
Allows administrators to manage staff status records and alternate faculty assignments in bulk. 
Staff Editor 
Allows users to send emails and push notifications to staff, including delivery through the Q Mobile app. 
Staff Notifications 
Allows users to send emails and push notifications to staff, including delivery through the Q Mobile app.
