The Health Suite provides users with tools to manage student health data, screenings, immunization compliance, and medical documentation across districts. Applications in this suite include, but are not limited to, Mass Immunizations, Office Visit Log, Student Health, and a variety of supporting reports.
Users unsure where to begin can review the application descriptions below. Reports are listed alphabetically at the end of the list. Additionally, documentation can be accessed through the navigation pane on the left.
- Class Health Screenings
- Allows users to record health screening results for students by class or group, including batch entry with per-student exceptions.
- Health Setup
- Allows configuration of immunization and screening rules, health contacts, and standing orders used across Q health applications.
- Mass Consents
- Allows users to record medical consent information for multiple students at once using selection filters.
- Mass Immunizations
- Allows users to apply immunization rules, update status, and calculate compliance for a defined group of students.
- Mass Medications
- Allows users to record medications administered for multiple students at once who have existing medication records in Student Health.
- Mass Screenings
- Allows users to record health screenings for multiple students at one time.
- Office Visit Log
- Allows staff to record and track student health office visits, including medication administration and visit details.
- Student Health
- Provides a unified profile for managing all student health records, including notes and health-related documents.
- Student Health Screenings
- Allows users to view and manage individual student medical screening records, including results, status, rules, and health alerts.
- Student Immunizations
- Allows users to enter, maintain, and track student immunization records, including compliance calculations and additional immunizations.

- Allows users to add, edit, and manage a chronological record of student health incidents and concerns.
- Student Office Visits
- Allows users to view and maintain detailed records of student health office visits and referrals.
- Wellness Center
- Allows staff to record and track visits and services provided to students and their households, with customizable tracking options.
Health Reports
- CA Immunization Blue Card Report
- Prints the California immunization blue card for each student, with an option to print Tdap labels only.
- Daily Medications Scheduled
- Lists students scheduled to receive medications on a selected date, with options to show doses already administered and print blank logs for manual dose entry.
- Health Consent
- Lists the consent records stored in Student Health for each student, filtered by consent type and effective date.
- Health Contacts
- Lists the health contacts linked to each student in Student Health, filtered by contact type and relationship.
- Health Referrals Report
- Lists health referrals stored in Student Health, filtered by date range, referral type, reason, status, and referring staff member.
- Health Screenings Report
- Prints detailed health screening information and results for a student or group of students.
- Immunization Compliance Report
- Prints immunization compliance records for a defined set of students, filtered by immunization rule and rule status.
- Immunization Status Report
- Prints the immunization status codes assigned to each student for the selected immunization rules.
- Immunizations Report
- Prints detailed immunization records for a defined set of students.
- Medical Orders Report
- Lists medical orders for each student, filtered by order type, contact type, and date.
- Medications Administered Report
- Lists medications administered to students, including the date, time, medication, dosage, and staff member who administered it.
- Medications Received Report
- Prints a blank form for manually tracking medications that have been received but not yet entered into Q.
- Medications Scheduled Report
- Prints detailed information on scheduled medications for a user-defined set of students.
- Missing Health Screenings Report
- Lists students missing results for specified health screenings as of a selected date, or students with a selected screening status.
- Non-Compliance Report
- Lists students who are non-compliant with their assigned immunization or screening rules and identifies the unmet requirements.
- Screening Status
- Lists the health screening status code assigned to each student in Student Health.
- Service Schedule
- Prints scheduled service records for the logged-in user or, with administrator permission, for a defined set of providers.
- Services Completed
- Lists completed services from the Service Manager in Student Health, with options for student detail, provider summary counts, or both.
- Student Health Profile Report
- Produces a report of a student’s health information organized by the selected Student Health sections.
- Student Medical History Report
- Produces a report of student medical history records, filtered by condition, treatment, and outcome.
- Student Office Visits Report
- Produces a report of student office visit records, filtered by visit type, reason, outcome, and date.
- Wellness Center
- Lists Wellness Center visits and the services provided during each visit, with optional visit notes.
