The Food Service Suite provides districts with comprehensive tools to manage student meal eligibility, applications, cafeteria operations, financial tracking, and regulatory compliance. Applications in this suite include, but are not limited to, Cafeteria, Eligibility Applications, Food Service Accounts, and a variety of supporting reports.

- Cafeteria
- The Point-of-Sale system used to serve meals, process payments, view balances, and reconcile transactions.
- Data Entry
- Allows manual entry of Food Service site data and offline sales for reporting purposes.
- Direct Certification
- Allows districts to import and match enrollment data to determine student eligibility for free meals through federal or state assistance programs.

- Allows districts to enter, store, and manage student free/reduced meal applications and track eligibility over time.

- Allows districts to generate and send customized letters or emails informing applicants of their Food Service eligibility status.

- Administrative Review
- Provides formatted worksheets, such as site selection, verification, and meal count edit checks, for reporting Food Service eligibility and service information to state and national agencies.

- Lists contact information for applicants who submitted a free/reduced meal eligibility application in the current year.
- Application Series Roster
- Shows a complete history of free/reduced eligibility application information by Application Series ID.
- Application Sharing Survey
- Shows the effective dates of applicant responses to the district-defined survey questions on free/reduced meal applications.
- Application Student Roster
- Shows free/reduced eligibility application information by Application Series ID or applicant, including a list of the students on each application.
- Categorical Program Roster
- Lists students on categorically approved free/reduced meal applications.
- Daily Detail Reports
- Provides five daily reports of Point-of-Sale transaction details, including payments and payment methods, bonus meal counts, cash drawers, notes, and timestamps.
- Daily Summary Reports
- Provides four daily summary reports covering Point-of-Sale activity, meal items, a la carte items, and cash drawer reconciliation.
- Denied Application Roster
- Lists all denied free/reduced meal eligibility applications.

- Monthly Summary Reports
- Provides seven monthly meal, a la carte, payment, and deposit summary reports by district, school, or site.
- Point-of-Sale Analysis
- Produces a pivot table of Point-of-Sale meal counts for a date range by a variety of filters, with drill-down to consumer meal service details.
- Point-of-Sale Letters and Labels
- Creates Food Service rosters, mailing labels, barcodes, account statements, and form letters using pre-built reports and mail merge documents.
- Point-of-Sale Rosters
- Produces rosters of students, staff, or patrons that combine eligibility, barcodes, and account balances in user-defined formats.
- Reimbursement Reports
- Applies the reimbursement rates defined in Food Service Setup to reimbursable meal service data for a school, site, or the district over a given period.
- Security Transaction Roster
- Lists Point-of-Sale audit records to help track changes or deletions of Food Service transactions, filtered by account, transaction, operation, and audit status.

- Lists students currently enrolled in the free/reduced meal program through Direct Certification.
