Let’s talk about online payments.  I’m sure you are aware that online payments can be set up for Food Service and Student Body Accounting.   Did you know that you can accept online payments for Inventory Damage charges and Parking Permits This is possible using a preference that links those two applications to SBA.

Setting needs to be YES to hook to SBA.

Additional set up information can be found in the documentation under Inventory Setup – Connecting to Student Body Accounting for Online Payments.

Once the setup is completed when charges are entered in either Auto Tracker or Inventory, those items will be added to the student’s SBA Account.  With the items in SBA, parents can now pay online for these items. When items are paid for through SBA the original charges in either Inventory or Auto Tracker will also update and show as paid.
