Analysis Overview

The Analysis Suite provides users with tools to examine data and track trends across schools and districts. Applications in this suite include, but are not limited to,  MTSS, Q Analytics, Success Plans, and a variety of supporting reports.

Users unsure where to begin can review the application descriptions below. Reports are listed alphabetically at the end of the list. Additionally, documentation can be accessed through the navigation pane on the left.

MTSS

Intended for teachers to identify students in need of targeted intervention and support.

MTSS Setup

Used to assign facilitators for schools, define Intervention Types, and configure the MTSS Student Profile, Teacher Observations, and Referral Concerns, etc.

Q Analytics 

Add-on module that allows users to quickly and accurately analyze real-time district data to report on trends, identify problem areas, and discover solutions.

Student Pulse 

Student Pulse allows authorized users to analyze student performance data, including grades, assignments, attendance, and grade book information across classes and groups.

Success Plan by Class

Allows teachers to view their students' status for plans and indicators.

Success Plan by Student

Allows users to see the student’s status and indicator values in various Success Plans

Success Plan Manager

Allows districts to define and create data element queries, called Indicators, from pre-defined data areas in Q including enrollment, attendance, behavior, academics, testing, and others.
