Q Reimbursement Reports apply the reimbursement rates present in the Food Service Setup application to reimbursable meal service data (breakfast, lunch, snack, supper) for a given period of time. Reimbursement data may be reported for a specific school, a site within a school or for the district. Q offers 3 reimbursement reports in this set.

Reimbursement Reports is located within Reports in the Food Service PoS menu in Q.
Report Options
The Report Options allow the user to filter for the data needed by:
- School - District, School, or Site within a School
- Report - 3 reports available
- Date - Date ranges greater than one-month are possible only if there are no Provision schools set up, then reports can only be run by calendar month.
- Meal - All or select meals can be chosen.
Reimbursement reports are complimentary to similar reports available in Food Service PoS Accounting.
