Monthly Summary Reports
Monthly Summary Reports provide users with a variety of Meal, ala Carte, Payment and Deposit summaries that can be run by District, School or multiple Schools or by Site within a school. Q offers seven individual reports:

Monthly Summary Reports is located within Reports in the Food Service PoS menu in Q.
Report Options
The Report Options allow the user to filter for the data needed by:
- District or School(s) and, within School, by Site
- Type of Report
- Date range (Begin and end dates must be within the same month)
- Meal and Cash Drawer
- Except on the Monthly Deposit Summary, filtering by Meal and/or Cash Drawer is available.
