The Enrollment Suite provides users with tools to manage student enrollment, demographic information, contacts, engagement tracking, records access, and related school services. Applications in this suite include, but are not limited to, Contact Editor, Student Documents, Student Editor, and a variety of supporting reports.

- Assign Counselor
- Allows users to mass assign counselors and/or advisors to students based on selected criteria or missing assignments.
- Class Engagement
- Allows teachers to record multiple student engagement entries for classes they have access to through the class banner.
- Contact Confirmation
- Allows administrators to review and approve parent-submitted updates to student and contact information.
- Contact Editor
- Allows users to manage student contacts by creating, editing, and assigning contacts to students.
- Locker Assign
- Allows school staff to assign, unassign, and manage lockers and locker combinations for students in bulk.
- Mass Activities
- Allows users to record activities for multiple students in a single entry.
- Mass Visits
- Allows users to record visits, meetings, or interventions for groups of students at one time.
- No Show
- Allows schools to identify and process students who enrolled but never attended classes.
- ParentConnect Documents
- Allows administrators to manage documents uploaded by parents and guardians through ParentConnection.
- Pre-Enrollment Manager
- Allows administrators to view, edit, or delete Pre-Enrollment records that have been created by parents/guardians.
- Re-Enrollment Manager
- Allows staff to monitor ParentConnect Re-Enrollment progress, review submitted student and contact information, and mark update steps as confirmed.
- Records Access
- Allows school sites to track requests for student school records and information.
- Records Authorization
- Allows schools to track parental permissions or restrictions for student participation in programs or classes.
- Student Activities & Awards
- Allows schools to record student activities, participation, and awards.
- Student Documents
- Allows users to store, access, and manage electronic student documents with permission-based access.
- Student Editor
- Allows users to manage student enrollment, demographics, contacts, transfers, and withdrawals.
- Student Emergency Contacts
- Allows users to add, edit, and manage emergency contact information for students.
- Student Engagement
- Allows staff members to record engagement interactions for students they have access to.
- Student Lockers
- Allows users to assign and manage lockers and locker combinations for individual students.
- Student Profile
- Displays customizable demographic and profile information for students.
- Student Visits
- Allows staff to record and track meetings, interactions, and interventions with individual students.
- Summer School Enroll
- Allows users to mass enroll, withdraw, and schedule students into summer school tracks before sessions begin.
- Summons
- Automates the creation of student summons by identifying class information based on selected students, dates, and periods.
Enrollment Reports
- Activities Report
- Produces a list of student activities for a defined date range, with options to filter by activity type or activity and to print remarks.
- Authorization Prohibitions Report
- Lists students with parental authorizations or prohibitions entered in Records Authorization, filtered by authorization type and date range.
- Birthday List Report
- Produces a list of students and their birthdates for a specified range of months and days, with optional student phone numbers.
- Class Engagement Report
- Produces class rosters summarizing teacher engagements entered through Class Engagement, including totals for days present, engagements, and minutes for a date range.
- Counselor List
- Lists counselors or advisors and the students assigned to each, with an optional summary of student distribution by grade, ethnicity, and gender.
- Data Labels
- Prints barcode labels or student name, grade, and ID labels in a variety of sizes using either the Student or Class selection filter.
- Enrollment Analysis
- Produces a pivot table of student counts by gender and grade level for the logged-in school or district, with drill-down to individual student records.
- Enrollment Grade/Category/Status Changes
- Lists changes to student enrollment, grade level, and attendance categories, with optional summary counts by track.
- Enrollment Status Changes
- Lists student enrollment entry and exit changes for a specified date range, with optional student details or summary counts only.
- Gain/Loss Report
- Presents enrollment entries and exits as a monthly gain/loss balance sheet for each selected track, with optional student details and a certification signature line.
- Household Mailing Labels
- Prints mailing labels using household addresses rather than individual student records.
- Locker Assignments
- Lists students and their locker assignments, with options to filter by locker type and include combinations, locker partners, and student demographics.
- Re-enrollment Detail Report
- Prints the re-enrollment information parents submitted through ParentConnection, including any re-enrollment extension fields.
- Re-enrollment Listing Report
- Lists students whose parents or guardians have completed, have not completed, or do not have access to the online re-enrollment process in ParentConnection.
- Records Access Log Report
- Lists students with records access requests entered through Records Access, filtered by access type and date range.
- Student Directory
- Produces a list of students for the selected school or entire district, with optional demographics, addresses, contacts, emergency contacts, and photos.
- Student Documents Report
- Prints selected types of stored student documents in PDF format, with an option to print only the most recent documents.
- Student Engagement Report
- Produces a report of engagements entered through the Class Engagement and Student Engagement applications, filtered by date range and engagement type.
- Student Mailing Labels
- Produces student mailing labels in several label formats, with options for name format, USPS OCR specifications, and sorting by name or ZIP code.
- Student Profile Report
- Produces a listing of user-selected student information, with an option to include student photos.
- Visits Report
- Lists student visits recorded for a defined date range, including visit type, staff member, time, and follow-up date, with options to print notes or shared visits only.
- Withdrawal Checklist Report
- Creates a customized checklist form used to gather exit information from withdrawing students, such as reason for leaving, new address, next school, and current marks.
