The Report Card Comment Legend report prints a list of predefined comments, setup in the database for use in mark reporting. These comments are defined per school in the school district and used at the faculty’s own discretion.

Report Card Comment Legend Report is located within Reports in the Marks menu in Q.
Report Options
The Report Card comment legend report provides the following options:
1. Title - include a custom title or leave at its default title.
2. Sort Legend By - sort by either the Comment Code or Description.
