These applications support the creation and maintenance of program records, service delivery documentation, caseload management, and reporting for both general and special student services.
Programs Suite applications include the following:
- Caseload Manager
- Allows users to review, filter, and adjust provider caseloads, including transferring students and adding or removing services.
- English Learner
- Tracks ESL student progress, including proficiency levels, test history, program history, communication, and reclassification status.
- Mass Programs
- Allows users to record program entry and exit records for multiple students at once to track program participation.
- Program Editor
- Allows districts and schools to create and define custom programs for use in student records and tracking.
- Program Forms
- Allows districts to manage and complete program-related forms such as 504 and Special Education documentation.
- Student Program History
- Records and manages student program participation, including entry, status, reasons, and service involvement.
- Service Billing
- Allows district staff to review service records, verify student eligibility, and process Medicaid billing claims for eligible student services.
- Service Tracker
- Allows staff to record and manage service delivery for Medicaid reimbursement and track eligibility, billing, and service status.
- Student Accommodations
- Allows users to assign, track, and log accommodations provided to students.
