The Programs Suite provides users with tools to manage student program participation, services, accommodations, and compliance tracking across specialized education and support programs. Applications in this suite include, but are not limited to, English Learner, Service Tracker, Student Special Education, and a variety of supporting reports.
Users unsure where to begin can review the application descriptions below. Reports are listed alphabetically at the end of the list. Additionally, documentation can be accessed through the navigation pane on the left.
- Caseload Manager
- Allows users to review, filter, and adjust provider caseloads, including transferring students and adding or removing services.
- English Learner
- Tracks ESL student progress, including proficiency levels, test history, program history, communication, and reclassification status.
- Mass Programs
- Allows users to record program entry and exit records for multiple students at once to track program participation.
- Program Editor
- Allows districts and schools to create and define custom programs for use in student records and tracking.
- Program Forms
- Allows districts to manage and complete program-related forms such as 504 and Special Education documentation.
- Service Billing
- Allows district staff to review service records, verify student eligibility, and process Medicaid billing claims for eligible student services.
- Service Tracker
- Allows staff to record and manage service delivery for Medicaid reimbursement and track eligibility, billing, and service status.
- Student Accommodations
- Allows users to assign, track, and log accommodations provided to students.
- Student Program History
- Records and manages student program participation, including entry, status, reasons, and service involvement.
- Student Special Education
- Allows users to track and manage Special Education records, including IEPs, placements, and program data.
- Transportation
- Allows users to manage routes, assign students, and track transportation services and billing status.
Program Reports
- Inactive Student, Active Special Ed
- Lists students who have been withdrawn but not exited from Special Education.
- Program Enrollment Analysis
- Produces a pivot table of enrollment counts for non-special education programs, with configurable programs and layout.
- Program History
- Lists student program participation as of a user-defined date, including entry and exit dates and reasons, with optional remarks.
- Special Ed Analysis
- Produces a pivot table of student counts by Special Education program or service as of a selected date.
- Special Ed Disability
- Produces counts of Special Education students by school and disability in either a Disability by Age or Disability by Grade format.
- Special Ed Monthly Summary
- Lists Special Education students with overdue or upcoming meetings of all types, such as IEPs and evaluations, along with their most recent meeting dates.
- Special Ed Overdue Eval Review
- Lists students with overdue evaluation reviews based on a user-defined number of days overdue.
- Special Ed Overdue IEP
- Lists students with overdue IEPs based on a user-defined number of days overdue.
- Special Ed Provider Alpha List
- Produces an alphabetical listing of Special Education students by provider.
- Special Ed Provider Caseload
- Lists the Special Education students on each provider’s caseload, including disability, meeting dates, and service hours.
- Special Ed Provider Master List
- Produces a master list of Special Education students by provider, with user-defined selection and sort options.
- Special Ed Student Listing
- Produces a listing of Special Education students, filtered by resident district, disability, and service location.
- ST Billing Status
- Lists Service Tracker records for selected practitioners for a month or date range based on billing status.
- ST Monthly Practitioner Service Totals
- Displays the total number of services provided by each practitioner within a specified time frame.
- ST Monthly Service
- Lists detailed service records for each student served by the selected practitioners in a designated month, including monthly notes and signatures.
- ST Monthly Services Summary
- Displays a grid of how many times each student received services per practitioner each month over a range of up to 12 months.
- ST Student Eligibility
- Lists Service Tracker students for each school with their Medicaid eligibility status as of a selected date.
- ST Student Eligibility by Practitioner
- Lists students on the selected practitioners’ caseloads with their Medicaid eligibility status as of a selected date.
- ST Students with No Services Reported
- Lists students assigned to receive services in a given month who did not receive any services that month.
- Student Accommodations
- Lists the accommodations assigned to students, with optional accommodation log records and notes for a specific date range.
