The Graduation Requirements Projected Results report predicts students' future graduation requirement results based on their posted transcript marks, current schedule, and future course plan.

Graduation Requirements Projected Results is located within Reports in the Marks menu in Q.
The Graduation Requirements Projected Results report has the following report options:
Eligibility Rule: Select the eligibility rule that will be used to predict the students' future graduation requirement results. Select 'Student's Graduation Requirement' to use each students' graduation requirement assigned in Student Editor. Select 'All Calculated Student Rules' to show the projected results for all graduation requirements that the student has been evaluated against previously.
Effective Date: The Effective Date to print on the report.
Include Students: Include all students, only students meeting requirements, or only students that don't meet requirements.
Show Requirement Sums: Check this box to print the sums below the eligibilities.
Advisor: Include the student Advisor.
Counselor: Include the student Counselor.
One Student Per Page: Check this box to print each student on their own page(s).
Alternate Row Shading: Check this box to turn on alternate row shading.
Clicking the Create Report button produces a PDF version of the report.
Clicking the Export Report button downloads an Excel version of the report.
