The Q California Immunization report prints the California immunization blue card for each student. An option to print the Tdap label only is also available.

California Immunization Blue Card is located within Reports in the Health menu in Q.
Report Options
- The Calif Immunization Blue Card Report can be run:
- To only print Tdap labels
- To print with or without the instruction page
- To reset report options click the Options-Reset All button located on the right hand side.
