The Behavior Suite provides users with tools to manage, document, and configure student behavior data across classrooms and districts. Applications in this suite include, but are not limited to, Behavior Setup, Class Behavior, Student Discipline, and a variety of supporting reports.
Users unsure where to begin can review the application descriptions below. Reports are listed alphabetically at the end of the list. Additionally, documentation can be accessed through the navigation pane on the left.
- Behavior Configuration Guide
- Provides an overview of setup and configuration options within the Behavior module.
- Behavior Setup
- Allows configuration of referral recipients and default behavior policies within the Behavior application.
- Class Behavior
- Allows teachers to enter and view behavior information for students in their assigned courses.
- Student Discipline
- Tracks positive and negative student behavior, including incidents, policies, penalties, and referrals.
Behavior Reports
- Behavior Analysis Report
- Produces a pivot table of student behavior counts by incidents, involvements, penalties, or policies for a user-defined date range at the school or district level.
- Behavior History Report
- Produces a history of behavior incidents for a student or set of students, with filters for incident type, alerts, and minimum points.
- Behavior Letters Report
- Generates form letters and emails to parents, guardians, or contacts about a student’s behavior and disciplinary incidents, with optional penalties and policies.
- Detail Behavior Report
- Lists behavior incidents per student for a defined date range with more detail than the Behavior History Report, including optional penalties, policies, and other involved individuals.
- Student Behavior Report
- Lists students and their class schedules, noting behavior incidents for the specific class and date of occurrence.
