The Testing Suite provides users with tools to manage standardized testing data, including score entry, test definitions, imports, and reporting group creation. Applications in this suite include, but are not limited to, Class Testing, Student Test History, Test Import, and a variety of supporting reports.
Users unsure where to begin can review the application descriptions below. Reports are listed alphabetically at the end of the list. Additionally, documentation can be accessed through the navigation pane on the left.
- CERS Group Builder
- Allows users to create and post student groups to the California Educator Reporting System for reporting and analysis.
- Class Testing
- Allows teachers to view, enter, and edit test scores for students in a specific class roster.
- Student Test History
- Stores and manages individual students’ standardized test records and scores, including imported results.
- Test Definition
- Allows users to define standardized tests, including subtests, score types, and optional test items.
- Test Import
- Allows users to import standardized testing data from external files with mapping, validation, and review tools.
Testing Reports
- Missing Test
- Lists students who have not taken, or have not passed, a selected standardized test.
- Test Definition
- Prints the defined standardized tests with their subtests, score types, and minimum and maximum values, with optional test items.
- Test History
- Prints standardized test scores by student for the selected students.
- Testing Analysis
- Produces a pivot table of student score counts for a selected test, score type, and date range, with drill-down to student records.
