Mark Reporting Comments Cleanup - Q Tip

As we approach the first mark reportng period this fall, it may be a good idea to do some housekeeping of Comments now that they may be retired.

In the 4.1.0 release in June, a new ‘Retired’ checkbox was added in the Comments tab of Mark Setup. If a comment is flagged as ‘Retired’, the item will no longer appear in the Comments drop-down lists in Class Marks or Student Marks for a new comment. If the item was already a value in the record, it will still appear.
