In Q version 4.2.0 we added a new application that duplicates the functionality found n Track Editor, Definitions tab, Attendance Setup area with the ability to apply separate permissions to each area (Attendance Codes or Attendance Dates) including edit or view only.
This new application was added based on clients’ requests to be able to assign permissions to users who could control the attendance codes for a school/track as well as set days back, future and cutoff date without fear of users having the ability to make changes to the calendar in Track Editor.

If your District finds that individual users should be responsible for ONLY the Attendance Codes and/or Attendance Dates, this is the perfect application to give permissions to such users.
