Online Payments
New API online payment methods are available for Authorize.Net and PayPal. When using the API payment methods, payment happens immediately and is not delayed by a background process. In addition, districts using API methods can define different handling fees for different types of payment, i.e. Credit Cards vs. E-Check or PayPal Accounts.
New options are available to enable students to make Food Service or SBA payments in StudentConnect.

Add-On Module Updates
Q Forms
Forms may now be emailed to a recipient using the new Q Forms Mail Merge Tab with the implementation of the new Forms Stand-Alone Application. When a recipient receives an email, it contains a link to their form which will open in a browser. The user can only complete the specific form linked in the email in the browser. [See Technical Release Notes for implementation information.]
Documents may be uploaded when users are completing a form. A new Uploaded Documents tab has been added to Q Forms to view uploaded files and optionally save to Student Documents.
Q App & Lottery
Integration with Pre-Enrollment, including options to support no-login access to Pre-Enrollment from App & Lottery and options to create Pre-Enroll records for out-of-district students when a seat is accepted.
Added options to update student enrollment status when an in-district student accepts a seat.
Added signature capability.
