USER INTERFACE
- For applications that display a list of items or records, such as Student Visits, a new preference may be turned on to automatically display the selected item’s Detail view. See Q Shell for information.
- The Student Discipline application user interface has been modified to improve usability.
ATTENDANCE
- NEW Application – Drop-In Attendance enables teachers to easily add students to the roster of sections designated as ‘Drop In’ for a particular date and record their time spent in class.
CA District Attendance
- Updated to support the new CA Principal Apportionment Data Collection (PADC).
- Support for Attendance Recovery using Drop-In Attendance, or Time Tracker seat time.
FOOD SERVICE
- Support for Universal Benefits Applications (UBA).
ADD-ON MODULE UPDATES
MTSS
- Intervention Plans with prescribed interventions may now be added to a Referral.
- Referral Worksheet templates are available for meetings.
- Teacher Observations and Referral Concerns may be previewed, copied and versions maintained.
- Referrals may be transferred between facilitators.
Q APPLICATION & LOTTERY
- Now supports age-based grade cutoffs.
- New applications may be submitted after the lottery has been run.
- Within the Application & Lottery Manager, it is now possible to add new applications and edit existing ones.
- Added per Application Communication Log with ability to send logged free-form emails as well as mail merge emails, and log phone calls.
Q FORMS
- Supports multiple “Entries” per instance.
