AT RISK RENAMED SUCCESS PLAN
At Risk applications and reports have been renamed Success Plan:
- At-Risk Manager > Success Plan Manager
- Class At Risk > Success Plan by Class
- Student At Risk > Success Plan by Student
Student status within Success Plan monitoring is now reflected as Focus (formerly At Risk), Watch List and Good.
PRE-ENROLLMENT
- Improved ability to navigate the pre-enrollment process without having to return to the Summary screen after each step.
- Assorted mechanisms to show the user their progress in the Summary area, or at the bottom of the header in the Mobile view.
- Ability to select the School Year for the Preenrollment.
RE-ENROLLMENT
- Ability to embed FS Online application in ParentConnect Reenrollment.
NEW ADD-ON MODULE: MTSS
Initial Release of MTSS and MTSS Setup applications. With this release districts may begin to configure MTSS and provide tools for teachers and facilitators to view student data related to MTSS, create and manage referrals and teachers may record their observations. Intervention Tracking will come in a follow-on release.
ADD-ON MODULE UPDATES
OPEN ENROLLMENT RENAMED
Open Enrollment Application has been renamed Application and Lottery. Enhancements include Translations, Mail Merge Editor, Priority Group Editor, Duplicate Settings.
Q ANALYTICS
- Updates to support increased flexibility in dashboard filtering and added several new dashboards.
Q FORMS
- Added an "Opt-In" feature for forms.
- Performance enhancements to Q Forms addressing issues with mass assignments of forms.
